Machine and packaging sales in the agriculture sector became a success in Hungary, and Bunzl CEE plans to continue developing in these fields in the region, focusing on machine sales. Bunzl CEE is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to establish sales activity in Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia.

Regional Sales Manager (m/ž)

Lokacija: Zagreb

Responsibilities:

  • Develops sales strategy in the SSC region in line with Bunzl CEE sales strategies
  • Delivers accurate operational planning and forecasting to satisfy customer needs and optimize internal operation
  • Proactively looks for potential customers and packaging solutions to serve customers’ needs
  • Develops customer base, prospects the market and identifies potential customers and partners
  • Positions the Company as a long-term strategic partner for the priority customers and improves commercial position
  • Organizes presentations to clients and partners
  • Visits customers, establishes long term relations, provides after sales services
  • Negotiates contracts and follows the realization of the contracts
  • Monitors monthly, quarterly and yearly sales results
  • Collects information on the SSC markets about market trends, local suppliers and regional customers activities
  • Attends on exhibitions and suppliers’ sites when it is appropriate to support the development of sales
  • Participates in trainings on products and technologies related to the task
  • Regularly reports to Managing Director Business Development Bunzl CEE

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in regional sales role within an international company
  • Experience in building new business on new markets
  • University degree
  • Driving license
  • Good knowledge of English and Croatian
  • Independent and proactive approach
  • Highly skilled in negotiation and sales techniques
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to work alone and shape the environment
