For their amazing team, we’re looking for a GreenLight Expert to support the day-to-day operations of their Greenlight locations in Croatia.
In this role, you’ll build Uber’s relationship with driver-partners, support their operational needs, and guide day-to-day operations of the Greenlight centers. This is a great opportunity to work with a top- notch Community Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.
GreenLight Expert (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Deliver 5-star, in-person and/or remote support to our driver-partners
- Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform
- Own personal metrics for customer support and performance
- Promote the Uber brand and get driver-partners excited to get onboarded and be on the road
- Be an expert on Uber policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with support, events and promotions as needed
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and administration
- You will be taking the lead on project/assignments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners.
- An interest in and passion for Uber.
- Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems
- Availability to travel
BONUS POINTS IF:
- You have previous sales experience
- You have previous customer account management experience
- You have previous customer support experience
