For Majorel, a global customer experience leader, we are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives that speak Italian to join their team in Zagreb, Rijeka or Pula.

Customer Service Representative Italian (m/f)

LOCATION: Zagreb, Rijeka or Pula, Croatia


  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution


  • Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent language skills (at least B2) in Italian
  • Fluency in English is preffered, but not required
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Previous call center experience is preferred
  • Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management skills
  • Keen eye for detail


  • Availability to work in shifts: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
