DESCRIPTION:

  • You are responsible for quickly removing dents on the body parts or the painted body
  • You can independently evaluate your work and make corrections where necessary
  • You insist on high standards
  • You report damage promptly and appropriately to the relevant supervisor(s)
  • You guarantee the maintenance of a safe and collaborative work environment

PROFILE:

  • You have professional training as a body-maker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d), maintenance mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have a professional experience as a dent technician (m/f/d)
  • You have initial experience in production / manufacturing, ideally in the automotive industry
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and the willingness to work shifts (probably continuous rotating shift model, 6 days a week)
  • You are enthusiastic (and we are!) about new trends in production and develop creative solutions to improve processes and problems
  • You speak and understand German and additional English is desirable
