As an IT Support Specialist you are the go-to person for our “Citizen Developer” network at STRABAG. You will support our Citizen Developer regarding questions and technical matters and enable them to make a difference in their day-to-day operations. Going forward, we are expanding our team in Zagreb. Join us and become part of our international team!

Your tasks in detail:

Act as the primary point of contact for our “Citizen Developer” at STRABAG regarding issues and queries and ensure first line of resolution wherever possible
Together with your team you will build up our Citizen Developer network to create awareness for process automation technologies (e.g., MS Power Platform)
Resolve tickets within your technical ability and collaborate with your international colleagues as the Center of Excellence to find solutions
Provide support and advice to our internal stakeholder in the planning and implementation of their projects (e.g., via MS Team, email, ticket)

Qualifications:

2 + year experience in 2nd line IT support and ability to analyze a given problem, diagnose it and find the root cause
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and / or Power BI is an advantage
Bilingual is highly preferred with fluency in English as a must, German is a plus
Strong affinity to digital solutions and self-learning approach
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally and maintain positive working relationships.
