- responsible for business development and sales in the Project Sales channel for Luminaires and Electronic components
- establish and maintain relationships with key players such as electrical planners, architects, and property developers
- develop and strengthen cooperation with key accounts to increase product share
- identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to support commercial growth
- support key account customers, focusing on Project Sales and increasing Share-of-Wallet for products
- coordinate sales activities, from offering to contract closure and delivery
- create market awareness for through presentations and client events
- analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- monitor turnovers, profitability, and payments from key accounts
- uphold the company’s image and follow internal sales policies.

- 5+ years of experience in selling professional luminaires or similar products
- experience working with planners, architects, general contractors, and property developers
- strong sales skills with a proactive and positive attitude
- detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- willingness to travel within the country.
