Finance and Administration Lead (m/f)
Location: Osijek
Principal responsibilities:
- Overall finance and administration responsibility for Croatia subsidiary
- Provide the commercial business with finance support and analysis (business controller)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility and efficiency for the day-to-day management of financial and administration processes, systems and functions in the areas of administration, controlling and finance
- Establishing, maintaining and improving processes in the company in accordance with Benetton group guidelines
- Monthly reporting & variance analysis
- Month / Year end closing / management of all audits
- Financial statement management and reporting (including statutory), budgeting, planning, controlling, treasury
- Communicate of any issues / disputes immediately. Ensure that all risks acted upon immediately
- Coordinate supporting roles in back office such as HR department, IT department, logistic, import/export
- Support and assist with internal & external auditor requirements, tax consultants, legal consultants
- Management of corporate law issues, communication with legal authorities
- Other business-related tasks as required
- Establishing, maintaining and improving processes in the company in accordance with Benetton group guidelines
The successful applicant:
- BS/MS degree in Economics
- 5-10 years of proven working experience (production environment is an advantage)
- In-depth knowledge of local legislation
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Italian language is an advantage
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Self-starter – high energy level
- Positive and enthusiastic
- 5-10 years of proven working experience (production environment is an advantage)
