IT Solution Sales Consultant (m/f)

The Konica Minolta Croatia – business solutions, based in Zagreb, is a services provider in the field of office document solutions as well as digital production printing solutions.
We are looking for a new professional at the position of:
- Pre-sale support to account managers in the field of solutions - identifying customer´s needs
- Proactive collaboration to sales reps./other consultants for upselling increase
- Achievement of an annual sales target
- Creating proposals and design of technical solutions for customers based on the requirements
- Inputs to bids and commercial proposals
- Solution presentations on meetings and special workshops
- Planning of strategy for solutions portfolio, searching for new opportunities
- Cooperation with the suppliers, internal product department / development department
- Documenting the business needs and potential solution for client and the technical team
- University degree in management or IT field (preferred)
- At least two years of experience in IT solution selling
- Knowledge of MS products and cloud services
- Excellent English skills in both speech and writing
- Professionalism in communication with internal and external clients
- Business oriented thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Readiness for weekly business trips in Croatia
- Team spirit and ability to build partnerships
