Opis radnog mjesta:
An international intellectual property law firm is looking for a Trademark Lawyer to join its Croatian office.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with trade mark matters in various EU countries;
• Handling trade mark prosecution in Croatia, as well as before the EUIPO;
• Handling opposition and other contentious matters in Croatia, as well as before the EUIPO.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Good command of English language (both written and spoken);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field, including handling of trade mark prosecution and oppositions in at least one EU jurisdiction, as well as before EUIPO;
• Detail oriented;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work independently and manage various projects;
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and utilize resources as available;
• Strong computer skills, at least in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Additional skills that will be considered:
• Trade mark litigation experience
• Other languages
