Trade Marketing Executive (m/f)

Trade Marketing Executive (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
The associate on this position is responsible for coordination of marketing activities in Croatia. The main purpose is to manage and develop activities within the different sales and recommendation channels according to the brand strategy. To constantly support the brand image in Croatia in full respect of brand philosophy & communication codes.
Key responsibilities:
- Sets main building blocks in all marketing plans in cooperation with Field Force Managers, Senior Accountant & Cluster Team
- Defines & tracks budgets
- Plans and manages ordering, development, and production of all communication/promotional materials
- Co-development of Market promotional plans (Trade Marketing promo actions high quality execution, e.g. B2C price discounts, sales incentivized actions, sampling, couponing, co-packing)
- Market events plan development and execution, e.g. sponsorship events, trainings, seminars
- Support on Market digital & social media assets management
- Drives new product launches and revamping in the Market
- Manages portfolio, incl. sales analysis, assortment optimization, price monitoring
- Tracks macro, consumer, category, retail landscape trends & competitors
- Handles marketing related ERP (Navision) Key User scope
- Supports on-boarding of new Associates
- Follows Company policies & procedures
- Defines & tracks budgets
Planning, execution and evaluation of trade & brand marketing activities in the Market aiming to drive sales as well as brand performance (consumer & financial KPIs). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to following actions:
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Management, or related field
- Experience in marketing and/or trade marketing minimum 3 years
- Excellent English skills, both in written and verbal
- Prior exposure to Digital Marketing is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Planning & Organizational skills
- Action-oriented person who is independent and can manage its priorities
- Team Player
- Experience in marketing and/or trade marketing minimum 3 years
