Danfoss offers you the unique opportunity to join a professional global company with highly skilled and
professional colleagues. We are currently looking for a person for Technical Support Engineer position
responsible for supporting our Sales Engineers and customers with achieving goals and increasing sales growth by offering a high level of technical support.
Position will be located in Croatia – Zagreb.
Your tasks
• Meet external and internal customers' expectations on technical queries and trainings
• Successful product idea generation
• Contribute to overall sales result by following up on created quotations
• Create a positive first contact experience to all customers
• Handling of technical questions from external and internal customers in a timely manner
• Offer commercial support to Customers and Sales Engineers
• Create quotations with correct product selection and add standard pricing and discounts follow up on
quotations
• Check orders for technical consistency and approve it for production
• Ensure dialog and cooperation with product development, product portfolio management and claim
handling
• Prioritizing tasks in accordance with segmentation or other importance and urgency criteria
• Ensure up-to-date technical documentation for assigned product groups (adjust central material to local needs)
• Provide technical training to external and internal customers
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
