For our client, representative of the worldwide leader and pioneer in silicon chemical products who is present in Central, Eastern and South Europe where they deliver products and solutions to multiple professional customers in industries such as glass processing, structural and ventilated facades, windows and doors production and installation, construction, automotive, marine and other industrial applications, for they office in Zagreb, we are looking for a new team member
Technical support (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Role responsibilities:
- budgeting and execution of facades
- technical support for clients
- maintenance of equipment and machines
- after-sales activities, presentations of new products like Weatherproofing, Panel bonding, Structural bonding, basically all kind of sealings and bonding
- sales activities
- regular visits to clients
Requirements:
- person with technical education, preferably Civil or mechanical engineering faculty but not obligatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in our branch with working knowledge of different materials used in HPB (High Performance Building) (silicones obligatory)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
- Ready to undergo constant education and trainings in and out Croatia
- Strongly team-oriented person with good social skills
- Self-motivated person with confidence
- A working knowledge of MS Office and advanced computer skills
- Experience in an international working environment is very welcome
- Experience in Structural glazing is an advantage
- Experience in different kinds of sealings and bonding is an advantage
- Experience in a glass industry is very welcome
- Good understanding of processes in building industry
- Experience in running projects is an advantage
- Experience in glass processing machines is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience in PV industry is an advantage
- Experience in all kinds of rough works and hydro protection in buildings is an advantage
- Experience in fire protecting barriers and standards for facades is an advantage
- Driving license (B category) and availability to travel domestically
