Stainless Steel Fabricator (m/f) – Co.Tipperary, Ireland

We have been retained by an Irish mechanical engineering company specialised in bulk materials handling systems and high-quality steel fabrication, installation and maintenance to recruit Stainless Steel Fabricators to be working in Co.Tipperary, Ireland.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform welding of stainless steel using one or more welding processes (MIG and TIG welding)
- Reading, interpreting and understanding isometric drawings
- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations
- Other tasks that may be deemed necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3/5 years’ work experience on same jobs
- MIG and TIG Welding experience
- Ability to use workshop equipment including but limited to:
- Break Press
- Guillotine -
- Bandsaw
- Pedistal Drill
- Sectional and Plate Rolls
- Overhead Gantry Crane
- Counterbalance Forklift
- Ability to read and understand isometric drawings and work on own initiative
- Experience of Tanks and Pressure Vessels an advantage
- Knowledge and experience of good Health and Safety Practices
- Ability to work to tight production schedule
- Must be able to speak, read and have a working knowledge of the English language
- The employer can provide employment only to candidates with EU citizenship
