We are looking to hire a
who would be responsible for the following:
- Account management of a dedicated portfolio of our clients – daily communication with clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, building solid relationships with clients, etc.
- Business development of new clients
- Communicating with customers on a daily basis, emails and follow-up, LinkedIn, video calls
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets acquire business
- Develop and grow existing pipeline
- Managerial experience is desired as this position is a prospect to turning into a Lead position
- Collaboration with colleagues on similar projects and roles
- Participation in continuous improvement of the company’s best practices, processes, IT systems, and tools, etc.
- Cooperation on company learning and self-development initiatives
- We are also interested to hear from experienced team leaders or recruitment managers.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Recruitment (Executive search, Blue Collar, White Collar)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office & CMS platforms.
- Excellent level of English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills are a must. We require a person with excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of German language will be viewed as a very strong bonus.
