We are looking to hire a
Senior Recruitment Consultant (m/f)

who would be responsible for the following:

  • Account management of a dedicated portfolio of our clients – daily communication with clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, building solid relationships with clients, etc.
  • Business development of new clients
  • Communicating with customers on a daily basis, emails and follow-up, LinkedIn, video calls
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets acquire business
  • Develop and grow existing pipeline
  • Managerial experience is desired as this position is a prospect to turning into a Lead position
  • Collaboration with colleagues on similar projects and roles
  • Participation in continuous improvement of the company’s best practices, processes, IT systems, and tools, etc.
  • Cooperation on company learning and self-development initiatives
  • We are also interested to hear from experienced team leaders or recruitment managers.


  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Recruitment (Executive search, Blue Collar, White Collar)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office & CMS platforms.
  • Excellent level of English (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills are a must. We require a person with excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of German language will be viewed as a very strong bonus.
  • Candidates with the knowledge of both English and German will have the opportunity to become Team Leaders in the future.

  • Strong work ethic and structured approach.
