Ferrero is an international company that has grown from a small Italian confectionery shop to become the third largest confectionery manufacturer in the world. It produces famous market-leading brands such as Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, Kinder Bueno, and Kinder Surprise.
Currently they are looking for a professional, motivated, and responsible candidate, to join their team for an indefinite period of time:
Senior Accountant (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
What will be your responsibilities?
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Treasury and Assets
- GL postings and reconciliations, monthly closing activities
- Tax returns preparation and other fiscal duties and contributions
- Month-end and year-end financial statements
- Coordination in accounting processes
- Implementation of internal policies and procedures
- Reporting and Analysis
- Coordination of audit processes
- Support in planning process
What do we look for in our ideal candidate?
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written; Italian is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong analytical approach, good communication skills
- Team player with sense of individual responsibility and result orientation
- Ability to meet deadlines and promptly react
