Sales Support Specialist (m/f)

Sales Support Specialist m/f
Location: Novigrad
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- receiving and processing orders of goods, apparel, frames and lenses for (Export & EU countries)
- issuing invoices, documents
- communication with customers, phone, email, sales events (B2B)
- managing warranties
- managing shipments
- receiving complaints regarding quantities or conditions in accordance with the issued invoices
- managing goods returns
- other tasks as necessary at the superior's request

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- excellent knowledge of the English language - as the basic prerequisite
- computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- good communication and organisational skills
- a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks
- working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement)
