Our client is an international agricultural company with main business in production and sales of field crop seeds (sunflower, corn, oil rape etc.). Because of development of business activities, we are opening a new job position in Croatia:

Sales representative (agriculture industry)
Zagreb area (Ref.Br. 8324)


Main Role:
The job requires working on the entire territory of Croatia where the person would be responsible for day to day visits and creating demands with the farmers, handling promotions of products and connecting farmers needs with the distributor. It is expected from the successful candidate to conduct regular marketing activities which consider: Holding of winter presentations, organizing and monitoring field trials, organizing field day events with farmers, following trends and key market players in the specific region, partizipating on regular sales meetings with the country manager and other members of the team, regular and precise reporting.
The job also requires providing regular technical support to farmers during sowing, plant growth as well as solving potential complaints.

Along with the regular sales activities and nurishing of existing farmers, S/He, will need to find new prospects and acquire them in order to enable companies growth and build sustainable relationship with farmers. It is also expected that our candidate will be open for learning of new product portfolio, soft skills trainings and further development within the company. Obeying companies corporate values, standards and procedures as well as inputing data in the CRM is required on the daily basis. From The Candidate, it is expected to fulfill the agreed targets regarding sold and sowed field crop seeds for the particular portfolio within the assigned area and to support the planning activities for the mid-term period together with his/her superior. S/He will report directly to the regional manager.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Minimum 3 - 4 years of sales experience with agricultural repro-materials ( advantage in case of sales of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides or animal feed products) or employment within agricultural production but with affinity to handle sales and promotional activities, agricultural or economic university degree, intermediate level of english language, MS office litterate, vehicle driving license.
