We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Marketing Administrative Assistant for Slovenia. You will support our team in the JYSK West Balkan head office located in Zagreb and central head office located in Aarhus, Denmark. If you like to communicate with many people (also abroad), to translate from English to Slovenian, you are punctual, business oriented, supportive and not afraid of handling many tasks, then you are the right candidate for us. Experience in retail is not necessary but welcome! Position is available also for fresh graduates.

You will refer partly to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Slovenia in daily management and partly to the Sales Manager in the Danish head office.

Your areas of responsibility will be:
  • Responsibility for creating the campaign paper
  • Continuous proof readings of campaign papers, and updating/maintaining texts
  • Participate in the creation of texts for signs/banners and other in-store marketing materials
  • Translations and proof readings of various texts
  • Responsible for securing the use of the country’s language and culture
You bring dedication and you…
  • Have perfect skills in your native language (Slovenian) and grammar
  • Have experience with administrative routines, ideally from a similar position in a retail company
  • Have time management skills and able to keep non-negotiable deadlines.
  • Are fluent in English – both written and spoken
  • Are detail oriented
  • Are flexible (time-to-time travel to Denmark – approx. 2 times a year).
