Sales Analyst (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Key responsibilities:
- Collects and examines sales data and uses the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports and presents them to the team and the top management
- Evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside, based on which provides insights and recommendations to the team and supports decision making
- Reviews past data to forecast sales trends and plays the key role in budget planning/monitoring
- Communicates with sales management team and business partners regularly
- Key user of Field Service Management (FSM) software who oversees implementation and functioning
- Preparation of reports required by the sales and management team
- Database and mapping maintenance
- Evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside, based on which provides insights and recommendations to the team and supports decision making
Education & Experience:
- University degree
- 3-5 years of experience on a similar role in sales support or customer service department (preferably in FMCG industry)
Skills & Attributes:
- Results orientation, reliability and service mind
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced level) and knowledge of databases and maintenance
- Advanced experience in working with SAP or CRM
- Experience in working with Nielsen and IWSR platforms and reports is a plus
- Strong analytical and time management skills with commercial awareness
- Strong work ethics and willingness to take initiative
- Mentoring skills
- Team player
- Fluency in English (min. B2)
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced level) and knowledge of databases and maintenance
