Join Transcom as a Real Time Analyst (m/f)!

In this role, you will:

Work for a leading European digital investment platform that enables simple and affordable investing in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and private markets through a mobile app
Keep a close eye on real-time performance and make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day
Spot trends and flag potential issues early, helping teams stay on track
Turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations
Collaborate with team leaders and operations to keep performance on point
Start in mid- to late May

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

C1+ level proficiency in Spanish and English
High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify causes, and support decision-making
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
