Project Manager (m/f)

Our Client is CADCAM Group, known by its broad range of software for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MCAD and ECAD design, collaboration between the design disciplines, engineering services and IT support. The Group has companies in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, employs 65 highly skilled engineers and is doing business in more than 10 countries in EU.
On Behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
- Leading PLM software solutions and services on implementations projects for customers
- Leading, driving, coaching and supporting technical team
- Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
- Active participation in sales activities of PLM products and services
- Active collaboration with sales and technical teams in planning, analysis and implementation of projects
- Preparation of projects, projects execution, post-project activities and customer satisfaction activities
- Academic degree
- PMI certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of IT software solutions and services
- Good communication skills along with sales and negotiation skills
- Focused on results, organized, disciplined and conscientious
- Team worker with collaborative approach to users and colleagues
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ready to travel in Croatia and the region
