• University graduate, starting with 2014 (Agriculture or Mechanical Engineering)
• High standards of business morals and ethics.
• Good level of communication and human relations.
• Good understanding of general financial principles.
• Must be self-directed and capable to optimize work and maximize performance.
• Ability to be creative and innovative with initiative to explore new ideas to satisfy customer´s requirements.
• Oriented towards actions and results, with a strong belief in his capabilities to deliver results and achieve positive changes in business.
• Good knowledge of English, especially technical and business (French in an advantage).
• Good PC skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
