PRODUCT MANAGER (m/f)
(for Pharmaceutical industry)
- Zagreb, Croatia
The client is an international pharmaceutical company, an innovative leader in specific OTC products.
Responsibilities:
The general objectives of the job:
- adopting marketing strategy for products portfolio
- Creation/adaptation of promotional materials
- Preparation of product presentations and other marketing and sales presentations
- Participation in meetings and trainings organized by the company and which is obligatory for PM
- performs double visits with medical representatives
- maintains contact with specific activity advertising agencies and the National Medicines Agency, provide approval from NMA if necessary
Autonomy and authority granted: responsible for setting the strategy for promoting products portfolio and training medical representatives in order to know the products and implementing marketing strategy.
Details on the tasks and responsibilities of the job
- sets marketing strategy for each product in its portfolio and ensure transmission by the team of medical representatives; complete information in order to implement the strategy proposed and approved by senior managers;
- does double visits with medical representatives to collect field information and tracking marketing strategy implementation; visits / month by each MR;
- makes marketing materials, electronic promotional materials, printed (with obtaining approvals from the National Medicines Agency where necessary) and presentations for doctors / pharmacies within their activities necessary RM promotion; grant support necessary information depending on requests from the team of medical representatives.
- supports product presentations to doctors or within symposia / conferences that participate company.
- performs monthly and annual budget
- prepares marketing analysis and sales quarterly / annual nationwide / regional and reports, according to the company's needs at a particular time and requests superiors.
- supports the team with necessary medical information and sales skills, marketing in the trainings internal / external sales team of medical representatives, successful collaboration with KO leaders, pharmacy chains, distributors with goal to support sales.
- hold marketing presentations during internal meetings to implement in the field of strategy.

Qualifications:
- university or college degree in medicine, pharmacy or stomatology
- a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the position of Product Manager Department (+ previous experience as a Sales rep)
- high level of computer literacy (MS Office)
- fluent English, B-category driving license
- motivated, goal oriented, managerial skills, energetic, ready to travel
- innovative, who respects deadlines.
TRIAL PERIOD: 6 months
EMPLOYMENT: fulltime - 40 hrs/week
Start of work: October/ November 2016 / or according to the agreement with the client
Salary: will be discussed at an interview (around 1400/1500 Euros net/month)
Car: yes, 24/7
Benefits: laptop, mobile phone, 13th salary
Location: office will be situated to be a practical location for the PM
