About your role:

As a PLSM you’ll be focused on expansion of the partnership base, establishing strong personal contacts with partners, resellers, and system integrators. As a part of Focus Group, you will be in charge of product portfolio related to video conferencing solution, digital signage, multi-board and large-format displays.
- Planning, budgeting, monitoring, and achieving company business plan for assigned portfolio
- Management of assigned product lines - supply, inventory, margin control, building sales strategies
- Manage & establish competitive prices - monitor the movement & competitors’ prices to have clear & strong pricing strategy
- Management of all relevant sales factors according to corporate rules
- Proactively maintaining and improving cooperation with existing partners and acquisitions of new ones
- Proactively maintaining and improving cooperation with the assigned vendors
- Monitoring of market (global and local) and competitors, analysis, and development of proposals and ideas for sales promotion
- Prospect for potential clients to ensure a robust pipeline and growth of business
- Strong support for sales department in pre-sales activities
- Keep the knowledge about technical & custom characteristics of products in assigned product lines
Your responsibilities include:

- 3-5 years of experience in project sales or product/brand management (distributor, vendor,
- A-brand, solution providers/integrators)
- Preferred knowledge in Video solutions, video wall systems/solutions, wireless technologies Preferred experience in Solution evaluations and project management
- Preferred understanding of Value-add business
- English language proficiency
- Team-player with a high comfort level working collaboratively
