Ward Doctor
As MD you work as a ward doctor in one of the departments of internal medicine, lung medicine, geriatrics and / or Gastrointestinal (-MDL) diseases. You can indicate your preference for one of the specialisms by means of you work profile and choice. You also work as a ward doctor at our ER to see patients from the above specialties. After a training period you will participate in the roster of the above-mentioned departments and the A&E for evening, night and weekend shifts.
You work continuously under the supervision of internists, MDL doctors, pulmonologists and geriatricians. This supervision contributes to your continuous development as a professional and also has a controlling function.
