Currently we are looking for:

Legal and Administrative Associate (m/f)
Job place: Zagreb

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing review and giving legal opinion on all contracts (especially related to commercial real estate) in both Croatian and English language
In-depth legal knowledge of all relevant laws, by-laws and acts in this area (preferrably in real estate)
Legal representation, active presence and negotiation on the meetings
Providing legal assistance to other departments of the Company
Labour law knowledge and administrative support

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Degree in Law
Advantage is knowledge / experience in foreign markets related to commercial real estate (Serbia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia)
Excellent organizational skills (ability to set goals and prioritize tasks)
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Active driver B category
