Leader of technical preparation (m/f)
Zagreb
Responsibilities:
- Managing technical preparation department
- Creation of organisation and systems
- Production optimisation
- Production planning
- Price calculation
- Designing
- All other activities related to designated area
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineer
- 10 years of experience in Automotive (preferably) or other industry
- CNC programming, SolidCAM, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- Basic QM knowledge and processes
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Detail and problem solving oriented
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
