Lead Project Manager - Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

Description
- Lead and manage large complex enterprise level projects
- Conduct requirement analyses and workshops to identify digital transformation potential
- Drive concept and scope definitions and feature design by involving all necessary experts
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications or user stories for software developers
- Maintain a healthy product backlog together with established product owners
- Document functionality and features developed for future reference
- Ensure project delivery on time within budget and scope while managing risk effectively
- Actively drive change to ensure success and sustainability of implemented solutions
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Regular project status updates to project stakeholders, senior leadership, and technical experts
Profile:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree (ongoing or preferably completed) in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related
- Solid working experience in other software companies or multinational industries with demonstrable results
- Passionate about software development and Digitalization
- Experienced in driving agile software projects, preferably with product-owner certificate (SCPO)
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English and experience interacting with individuals at all organizational levels including the executive level
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
