Uprise d.o.o. is a young Croatian-based and fast-growing IT company, working for the energy and fintech sector for partners in the EU and around the world with cutting-edge technologies.
We are looking for an IT application/project manager (m/f) to join our offices based in Zagreb, Croatia
Key responsibilities:
- Managing IT projects throughout all lifecycle stages (manage schedule, cost, quality, communications, risks, procurement and changes on each project)
- Maintaining regular communication on weekly and daily basis with Clients on the progress of project, most often via teleconference meetings
- Acting as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the department and collaboration with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates
- Determining relevance and prioritizing the tasks in alignment with Uprise technical team
- Managing group communication and effective team work
- Negotiating resolution of conflicting requirements across the agencies and/or departments
- Coordinating the roll-out of beta and production releases
- Developing project documentation
- Monitoring progress and reporting on project status on regular basis (weekly/daily)
- Making sure the quality of the project is up to standards and realization of project is within a budget
- International collaboration
