Description:
The Identity Operations Team is responsible for our Identity and Access Management System (IAM) that connects all STRABAG systems across countries within the group and takes care of the technical implementation of developed Identity Management concepts. The purpose of the IAM system is to ensure access to various IT applications in the value chain.
The following tasks await you as a IAM Solution Architect:
- Continuous development & improvement of our IAM architecture and strategy
- Implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IAM system
- Conducting tests and audits to assess performance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
- Documentation of the IAM architecture and processes
- Designing and managing cross-functional identity-role management processes
- Integrating application systems and cloud services through IAM
- Supporting the IAM administration team
Profile:
- Several years of professional experience in developing and optimizing IAM systems
- Expertise in IAM technologies and protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth
- Familiarity with compliance and data protection regulations such as GDPR
- Experience in integrating and managing IAM systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Domino Directory, and IBM i systems
- Ability to identify risks and implement effective security measures
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as experience in project management.
