Our customer produces quality products for the worldwide automotive and aircraft industry and is continuously expanding its market leadership. Innovation, high-quality and customer orientation characterizes the company, with HQ in Austria. Currently, the branch in Croatia is strengthened by the following leadership position:
Head of Logistics & Administration (m/f)
Plant in Croatia
Your future tasks and charges
- Technical and commercial responsibility for logistics, human resources and finance
- Ensuring smooth supply chain and administation processes
- Employee leadership and development
- Ensuring the company's overall results and success
- Vital link between the Austrian headquarter and the Croatian plant
What do we look for?
- You should have completed a technical or commercial education (ideally a Masters Degree with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain)
- Several years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with logistics coordination topics
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a big plus
- SAP skills are a must
- Fluent in English, German knowledge is an asset
- Track-record of effectively managing teams to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities
- Personally you convince with distinctive entrepreneurial thinking and acting, cost consciousness, communication and presentation strength, hands-on mentality and negotiating skills
- You look forward to a new challenge in an intercultural context, bring along the ability to thrive in a demanding environment, requiring high degree of deadline-driven productivity

Your benefits
Our client offers an annual attractive gross salary plus Bonus and and a company car. Overpayment depending on professional qualifications and experience.
