We are looking for an
HC Administrator (m/f)
We are offering a full time job for a period of one year.
What we require:
- High school diploma
- Strong administrative skills and sense of responsibility
- A high attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and work well within thight deadlines
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, have initiative and dedication
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Croatian and English
- Computer literacy in MS Office
What we expect:
- HC administrator provides support related to key HC processes and the main responsibilities are:
- Support and coordination of selection and recruitment processes (scheduling interviews and testings)
- Administration of HC databases
- Archiving of personal documents
- Drafting of documents - contracts, confirmations, retirement and health insurance applications
- Support of internal projects
- Tracking of vacation time and overtime
