We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager (m/f) in Zagreb to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The successful candidate for this role should have experience working with an international remote office, in a growth market.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily and weekly business activities and improving overall business functions
- Create policies and communicating business goals.
- Monitor, train and motivate managers and individual contributors
- Evaluate performance and productivity.
- Research and identify growth opportunities.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
About You:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience since college with a minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Previously employed at an international company with headquarters in another country
- Broad knowledge of different business functions.
- Excellent at developing process, reporting and monitoring frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Croatian and English
- Experience communicating with US-based teams
