Functional Networks IT Specialist (m/f)

Purpose of the job:
Understand and translate commercial related business needs into IT solutions based on defined business process designs, ensuring that our client process model evolves with the proper IT platforms support and aligned to our client and “Customer Centric Organization” strategic priorities
Tasks:
• Keeps up to date on technology advances and trends for improvements and simplifications of back office processes: costing, accounting, consolidation, treasury, finance
• Supports the improvements of new processes and realization of the ideas from IT point of view
• Translates business needs into the proper IT solutions:
o organizes meetings and conference calls with stakeholders
o understands the need of stakeholders and their strategies (from technical point of view)
o prepares the manuals
o monitors the deployment of tools and applications
o communicates the stages of development
o constant keeps in touch with stakeholders
o assures solutions and applications developed meet stakeholder’s expectations and needs
• Prepares functional design of new applications and support IT in execution
• Prepares technology platforms analysis for future applications based on business needs
• Support the Global Network by providing practical IT solutions that meets their requirements
• Builds relationship within the organization
• Explains and trains on how to use the applications developed
• Constant update of IT knowledge related to business processes: digital platforms and technologies
• Validate and approve proposed technological solutions to fulfill business needs.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Bachelor in IT or Engineering (Systems) and Solid IT background is a must
• 8+ years of experience in IT field
• 5+ years of experience in supporting business processes with IT solutions
• 5+ years of experience with SAP modules related to Consolidation / Fixed Assets / Finance / Controllership / Costing / Investment Projects
• 5+ years of experience in CEMEX Enterprise Architecture is desirable
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise data management is desirable
• 3-5 Years - Project Management
• Knowledge of digital technologies and back office, financial process is a must
• Experience in process improvement, projects and designing processes is a must
• Travelling abroad on a regular basis (up to 30 %)
Skills:
• Analytical and interest in data management
• Critical way of thinking and creative problem-solving attitude
• Continuous improvement mentality
• Self-assurance and good organizational skills
• Persuasive, "selling" communication style
