ESE Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f)

ESE Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Key responsibilities:
- Design new Supply Chain capabilities to meet new customer requirement and/or to support business strategy; Lead process improvement across the E2E supply chain function from factory to customer
- Leads the local Supply Chain Project Management with the purpose to prioritise areas for analysis and process improvement
- Create, update and distribute periodical KPI and status dashboards and reports
- Generate and update process maps and workflows of existing processes to identify scope for improvement and potential points of failure
- Generate businesses cases for focusing on specific process components.
- Design and recommend on process improvement: including business case development, cost analysis and feasibility
- Manage implementation of process improvement initiatives, liaising with key stakeholders
- Build of standard operating procedures and assisting with training for implementation
- Evaluate effectiveness of process improvements and revising SC processes to reflect changes
- Build effective relationships across the business with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement with process improvement activity
- Represent ESE in periodic reviews with the region on development projects & external networking events to gain knowledge on supply chain developments
- Leads the local Supply Chain Project Management with the purpose to prioritise areas for analysis and process improvement
Candidate profile:
- Master degree in Supply chain, Economics, Manufacturing, Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain role in a FMCG company
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings, with a mix of functions and management levels
- Travel ability as possible Business travel within Cluster
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain role in a FMCG company
