With around 60 employees at several locations in Germany, our owner-managed company with headquarter in Cologne is able to look back on over 2.500 successfully managed medium-sized and large construction projects. In order to strengthen our branch offices at Cologen / Düsseldorf and Berlin, we are currently looking for committed and trustworthy cooperation with
• Engineering offices
for the preparation of static calculations and execution planning/construction design (framework and reinforcement plans)
• Freelance Structural Engineers (m/f).

We offer you the opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in the area of structural engineering to process challenging and varied construction projects of all types and sizes. A regular presence in Germany, as well as continuous team support based in Croatia is possible. We will have to agree on the best or most suitable cooperation in individual cases. Clearly we will support you in matters of employment law and any necessary accommodation search in Germany.
Qualification and requirements
As the engineering office or freelancer you will have many years of experience in the realization of challenging construction projects in static calculations and/or design executive plans according to the HOAI (fee order for architect and engineers). The interdisciplinary dialogue with the planning stakeholders, consulting and cost-efficient designs should be a natural part of your expertise.
You can apply the range of your service expertise on new projects as well as for reconstruction / renovation projects with offices, commercial or residential buildings, public or special buildings. Your company or you as a freelancer will have at least 5 years of professional experience in building construction projects with a focus on reinforced concrete.
It is desirable that you have good German language skills, though spoken and written English is a prerequisite for a successful cooperation. Ideally you will have already sufficient experience in working on German projects according to established norms. Knowledge of the programs Sofistik, Revit and Allplan are desirable.
We would like to find motivated and qualified engineering offices and freelancers, who are looking for the opportunity to work in Germany in the medium or long term. You will have a holistic thinking, commitment and ambition, and you are not afraid of innovation.
