Our client, a global leader in mobility, delivery, and technology solutions, is currently looking for a new coleague to join their team in the position of:

Customer Support Representative (m/f)
Location: Remote

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat and phone) Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way
Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to fal in love with Uber al over again
Triage issues and escalate them when necessary

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At least 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles, ideally in a corporate environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Analytical mindset and comfort working in process-driven, compliance-oriented environments
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems (SAP, Veeva as an advantage)
Excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a structured and proactive professional with:

English and Croatian language B2 level
6 months of previous experience in customer support
Exceptional communication ski ls and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in team and solve problems

WHAT WE OFFER:

Temporary contract with starting date on June 1st
Working hours in two shifts from Monday to Friday
Competitive salary with additional alowance
