Customer Service Agent with German

What are your responsibilities?

You follow all new customers’ shipments and Premium shipments to confirm the Proof of Delivery and proactively check for any potential or actual shipment failures, both import and export. You act as the liaison between internal departments and customers to find suitable solutions relating to problem shipments or complaints.

Other responsibilities include:
• Ensure that correct resolutions are found and involve appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed;
• Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support in the Service Desk knowledge base;
• Demonstrate understanding of the customer’s business needs and achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings;
• Develop and improve your product knowledge, business- and professional skills.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:Are you our ideal candidate?
• Communicative German and English (mainly written skills)
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn;
• Good Team player;
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
