Opis radnog mjesta:
• Oversight and management of all operational functional departments, Project Management, Site Management, Clinical Research;
• Assigning resources to projects
• Professional development of all company operational staff; Shared responsibility for organization and conduct of general and project-related training of the reports
• Execution of operating strategy. Work together with strategic Vector Councils to develop goals and plans to execute on business strategy;
• Coordinating operating budgets for all country service functions through different departments;
• Work collaboratively with Business Development to develop and defend proposals for new research projects;
• Work collaboratively with Administrative functional managers;
• Oversight and coordination of all operational quality systems and SOP documentation;
• Support a strong matrix organization. Will independently be responsible for sales to drive revenue of the company. Required to both visit clients in person and manage relationships in person and via phone
• Identifying and selecting investigators and clinical sites, negotiating site budgets
• Responsible for negotiating and executing agreements with clinical sites and investigators
• Participation and presentation at Investigator and bid defence meetings

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life science, Business Administration will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in clinical research field
• Administrative experience and experience as a line manager
• Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to perform multitasking
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent level of English - verbal and written
• Enthusiastic, proactive, positively thinking, engaged, self-driven and social competent personality
• Strong feeling of high quality standards, reliability and adoption of timelines
• Experience in clinical research field
• Administrative experience and experience as a line manager
• Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to perform multitasking
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
