Prospecto Group enables consumers to discover great deals nearby and delivers growth for both offline and online retailers. Our web platform and mobile app are visited on a monthly basis over 10 million times on a global scale. We are part of a leading TV and Digital media company in CEE (Nova Broadcasting Group), owned by Swedish media giant, MTG. We are currently expanding our business to Croatia and we are looking for a Country Manager who will play a key role in the business development and building the local team for the company.
As a Country Manager you will be an entrepreneur. You will be the one responsible for reaching the business objectives and we will support you from the very beginning.
You will be welcomed to the HQ office in Sofia for a week-long training before starting the operations in your market. After that, continuous support will be provided through weekly meetings, proven templates, coaching and mentoring from HQ employees and the CEO of Prospecto.

Skills & Requirements
• You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in Retail sector
• You are a fast executor with attention to detail
• You master the art of selling
• You are able to work towards targets
• You are open to share knowledge and communicate with other teams from around the globe and with Prospecto HQ
