Business Developer Country Manager (m/f)
If you have general knowledge of railway and/or tramway systems and a great understanding of - its processes, with high drive for business development, this is a job opportunity for you! In partnership with Colas Rail Hrvatska, ManpowerGroup Hrvatska is looking for motivated candidates to fill the Business Developer Country Manager (m/f) position. Your primary goals will be to develop the local business and manage Colas Rail's team in Croatia, all in the field of railway and tramway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop local business and represent the company with partners and clients
- Negotiate the necessary agreements in order to be able to respond to the offer
- Tender management and coordination of all internal and external participants in the bid
- Manage the local team
- Define the project organization and execution procedures
- Prepare the detailed schedules of the operation
- Manage co-contractors and sub-contractors
- Carry out and negotiate consultations with suppliers
- Define all human, material, and financial means necessary for the realization of the works
- Write technical and organizational notes requested in the consultation file.
- Manage the negotiation phases (technical hearings, exchanges with the client, and revision of the offer)
- Complying with internal ethic and compliance rules and procedures
- Regularly report to the management
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working experience in electrical applications (electrical power engineering, preferably within multi-lot railway projects)
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering
- General knowledge of interfacing railway systems
- Good understanding of railway engineering processes
- Good project management and team management skills
- Have an open mind in learning and development while supporting your new team providing engineering excellence
- Autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity will be key assets
- Advantage would be mastery of the various components of a catenary project (engineering, construction, and testing)
- Good English knowledge is a must, Italian or German is a plus
- MS - Office knowledge
