International Medical Corps Croatia provides emergency relief to those struck by disaster no matter where they are, no matter what the conditions, working with them to recover, rebuild and gain the skills and tools required for self-reliance.
International Medical Corps (IMC), International Medical Corps UK (IMC UK) and International Medical Corps Croatia (IMC Croatia), with headquarters in the United States, United Kingdom and Croatia respectively, collaborate to maximize resources for the delivery of appropriate relief and development activities. International Medical Corps (IMC) is an US-registered independent affiliate organization of International Medical Corps Croatia (IMC Croatia), with which IMC Croatia shares the same name and charitable objectives and mission.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports the entire program team with designated aspects of proposal development, grant management, and overall country mission support
• Serves as the backstop for the Program Officers
• Maintain filing system within corporate share file
• Research and compile information on specific countries or for specific calls for proposals to support Program Officers in the daily tasks
• Assists IMC Croatia and program team to represent and advocate for IMC Croatia programs to partners in the international development community, donors, and government representatives.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Typically, a Bachelor's degree in related area; equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• Typically, some relevant experience with humanitarian and development sector.
• Experience with Report writing and good research skills
• Good understanding of international health and development
• Demonstrates clear commitment to the organization’s vision and values in all aspects of work
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
• Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge
• Ability to travel internationally when required
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Additional language skills a plus
