AP Accountant - French or German is an advantage
Purpose of Role: Provide Accounts Payable support to SSC Center in Prague. The role includes processing of invoices, processing of payments, and handling of external and internal vendor correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
• Code and process invoices and match invoices to purchase orders
• Resolve all invoice/purchase order discrepancies
• Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team in various tasks
• Engage in process improvement initiatives
• Actively participate in training programs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required
Key Challenges
• Ability to deal with diverse levels of financial and operating personnel
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and propose solutions
• Must be able to work under pressure during peak periods
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external parties

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or similar field preferred
• Ideally min. 1 year of experience in a finance and accounting department
• Experience in shared service center environments preferred
• Strong accounting and analytical skills preferred
• Must be a strong team player, highly motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong technology skills, including PC and Web-based applications with a working knowledge/understanding of business finance system platforms (e.g., Excel, SAP etc.)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
• French or German is an advantage
