This is a varied role and your responsibilities will include:
• Providing general administrative support for the wider team and any ad hoc duties that are required
• Preparation and management of filing and archive systems (electronic and hard copies)
• Assisting in completing documentation for various government agencies and financial institutions
• Answer incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate person.
• Take/log telephone messages. Pass messages on effectively and efficiently with full contact details made available
• Send and receive e-mails and mail on behalf of the organisation in line with company procedures
• Ensuring timely responses to any correspondence (emails, mail, telephone calls) and/or enquiries, especially that pertaining to government agencies
• Participation in project development and coordination
• Company representation and hospitality

O zaposleniku
• Fluent in written and spoken Croatian;
• Good working knowledge in written and spoken English;
• Desire to work and learn;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc);
• Excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Prior experience particularly in dealing with government agencies (HEP, HROTE, HERA) or legal background will be considered an advantage.
