Administrative Office Specialist (m/f)
LOCATION: Slovenia
Mecalux is one of the leading companies in the storage systems market. It is specialised in the design, manufacturing, sale and services of metal racking, automated warehouses and other storage solutions. With the aim of further business development, Mecalux is looking for an experienced Administrative Office Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the Sales Team in Slovenia and Croatia
- Processing incoming orders from the Sales Representatives
- Issuing and processing invoices
- Verifying the incoming payments
- Communicating with various departments in Polish branch office
- Office management
- Preparing periodical reports for the Management
Qualifications:
- Administrative background
- Minimum 2 years experience in the office work
- Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English
- High interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
