Junior to Experienced Accountants

Client focused – full time - Luxembourg

Job Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity for accounts (junior to senior level) to be involved in the day-to-day administration and bookkeeping of our clients portfolio’s including correspondence and other clients facing tasks.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economic or a related field
  • From junior to +5 years of experience
  • It will be an asset to have a previous experience in client servicing businesses (accountancy, audit, etc.)
  • Sound organizational skills
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English is required, any other language to be considered as an asset

Key Responsibilities (depending on the seniority):

  • Maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial reports, i.e. deliverables
  • Execution of client payments
  • Organization and facilitation of audit of financial statements
  • Assist Legal department with preparation of annual shareholders meetings
  • Follow up and review deliverables prepared by team assistants
  • Take ownership of own development by following required and relevant trainings
  • Follow up invoices to clients and collecting debts
  • Having a pro-active attitude to problem solving and coming up with solutions as part of own professional development
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of legal documents relevant to the keeping up of own files
  • Preparing support working documents (interest calculations, re-invoicing spreadsheets, …)
  • Ensuring all reporting tools are accurate and updated on a regular basis
  • Responsible for maintaining client portfolios and client relationships
  • Ensure that TMF Group and clients are handled in accordance to Compliance and AML rules
  • Work closely and effectively with legal team
  • Complete on a daily basis his/her time-writing to ensure appropriate chargeability and proper invoicing performed work on behalf of clients
