DESCRIPTION
We'd like to meet you if you are talented .NET Team Leader who really knows how to build solid foundation and create great code to solve complex issues. Formal experience in building high-performing and scalable, enterprise-grade applications would be considered as an advantage, but isn't mandatory.
You'd be a leader of one of our great software teams that works on mission-critical applications and services we provide. As a team leader you should have an extensive knowledge on various programming language concepts. The person in this job should be able to lead the team of expert .NET developers, designers, content specialist etc.
Main resposibilities:
• Work on large-scale, custom distributed software systems using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL, Javascript
• Lead a team of software engineers, designers...
• Be responsible for the quality of software and resolving any issues regarding client satisfaction
• Prepare timetables of production, cost estimations
• Concern about the profitability of the project, perform price control of suppliers and subcontractors, in colaboration with product leader
• Create delivery documentation and execute the handover of product to client
• Construct and improve existing solutions and proposing a new
• Provide consulting services to users for specific products and solutions
• Participate in the design and planning system
• development, implementation, configuration, testing and commissioning of the new systems
• participation in the implementation of the operation and exploitation of new solutions

• Advanced working knowledge in the development of web-based solutions ( ASP.NET, C #, MVC, SQL, Javascript ) ;
• Good working knowledge of C #;
• Good working knowledge of SQL, jQuery, MS SQL database, web technologies ( HTML / CSS ) .
• Communication skills, emotional stability, conscientiousness, sociability, discipline.
Other Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science or a related subject
• 4 years experience in developing applications, a minimum of 1 year experience as a team leader
• Analytical and presentation skills, inclination teamwork, flexibility, focus on results
