Leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Associate with 7+ years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Zagreb.
Our client is a prominent figure within Central Europe, with offices in Belgrade, Bratislava, Brussels, Bucharest, and Ljubljana amongst others, as well as having a professional base of over 300 individuals providing legal services to local and international clients.
You must be a candidate who would be comfortable in dealing with extensive banking and finance matters and be able to show leadership to the junior and mid-level associates of the team. Ideally the candidate will have experience in a leading international law firm.

- Croatian qualified lawyer admitted by The Croatian Bar Association
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to train and mentor associates in their career paths
- Experience in leading a team and building business network
- Demonstrated ability to attract new business
- Portfolio of portable business is a plus
- Fluent English and native Croatian, any other European languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills are an essential part of the role in order to communicate internally and with potential clients.
