Online Job Board Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the job board’s strategy
- Leading a multidisciplinary team (sales, administration, marketing)
- Analyzing the job market and industry trends
- Collaborating with external partners and media
Requirements:
- Experience in product or business management, ideally within classifieds, job portals or marketplace environments
- Background in B2B settings
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in computer use, particularly within the Google Workspace environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Advantage: Experience in digital product development or transformation and knowledge of HR or marketing
