Opis radnog mjesta:
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office and Operations Administrator with a primary focus on accounting and finance-related activities, while also supporting daily administrative, logistics, and operational processes.

Responsibilities include processing and recording incoming invoices, monitoring payments and expenses, preparing cash flow reports, supporting import/export activities and Intrastat reporting, monitoring consignment stock, preparing documentation for external accounting, and maintaining business records and archives.

The role also includes communication with customers, carriers, and external partners, coordination of shipments and order-related documentation, support for sales and procurement activities, and ensuring smooth execution of internal processes in line with company procedures.

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance support, administration, operations, logistics, procurement, or a similar role
• Very good command of English (written and spoken), as daily communication and correspondence with international customers and partners is an essential part of the role
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Organized and structured way of working with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and working across teams
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Experience working in an international business environment and familiarity with import/export activities are considered an advantage
